Shipping Policy

At CocoonHaven, we want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates

Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout based on your destination.

Order processing

Once your order is placed (1-3 days), it is prepared for shipment.

 You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by shipping information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. 

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track My Order page to follow your shipment.

Address changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@cocoonhaven.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Carrier delays

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help you review the shipment.
